To celebrate our launch, Braintastic! are running an exciting competition. All you have to do to enter is build your own neuron, at home or at school, and you could win:

1st Prize: A free live online show, for the school of your choice

2nd Prize: Free access to our Sens-ational Science Club

Just watch the video below to find out more...

Now it's over to you. What could you use to build your neuron? How is the first one going to activate the next? Maybe you could get some friends or classmates to each build one neuron, then connect them up into a big network, just like your brain!

The competition is open to families and schools. And because here at Braintastic! we love teachers, we wanted to give you something extra special. So we have put together a lesson plan and worksheet you can use to run this activity with your class. Just click the button below to download the pack. It makes a great end of term activity for team-building and, of course, it's great fun. Plus you could win your school the fantastic prize! You could even challenge your colleagues! Or, why not set it as a project for your students to do over the holidays?

To Enter

  • Follow @BraintasticSci on twitter

  • Post a video of your neuron with #BraintasticSci.

We’ll be picking the best video at the beginning of January.

While you are here, why not sign up to our mailing list for another great free activity!
